SALES & MARKETING - SALES
Main Goal
Within the Commerce division, under the responsibility of the Head of Sales, you ensure the highest customer satisfaction by promoting a customer-centric culture based on effective communication and optimized order management. You support the 4 operational managers of the department in steering their activities and drive a continuous improvement dynamic. Additionally, you work closely with the Sales Directors to ensure proper alignment and a common understanding of company procedures and rules, and to share commercial challenges to contribute to overall commercial performance.
Job description
Based at the headquarters in La Ménitré (35 minutes from Angers, 30 minutes from Saumur), your mission will be to:
- Directly supervise 3 operational Managers in France (approximately 20 people indirectly) and 1 Manager in Japan. Embody the culture and values of the Customer Service with leadership and kindness, coordinate activities, help prioritize tasks/activities, and resolve any blocking situations.
- Ensure customer satisfaction (Net Promoter Score, KPIs) and identify/implement necessary improvement measures.
- In this regard, the Customer Service Manager will be responsible for leading our 2 ongoing projects (automation of data and customer document entry, and creation of a new customer satisfaction measurement tool) with the support of IT teams.
- Understand commercial challenges and regulatory changes to meet commercial objectives. Act as the interface between commerce, procurement (called "operations") and the Supply Chain through various meetings and transversal missions.
Skills: what we expect of you
With an education in commerce, supply chain, or any other equivalent field, you have over 5 years of managerial experience. Solution-oriented, you demonstrate listening skills and curiosity to fully understand the situations encountered. Thanks to your adaptability and autonomy, you will be able to handle them methodically and with perspective, to respond quickly, and then improve existing processes and customer satisfaction. To do so, you will rely on your leadership to successfully carry out the projects entrusted to you and guide managers and their teams through change. Thanks to communicative skills, you're fluent in English and have a good level in french, in order to create connections between collaborators and managers of different departments.
