Main Goal
Are you seeking for a new challenge within a strong and dynamic Supply Chain team? We are recruiting for our future “SAP Item Deployment Manager.” Reporting directly to Pablo, our Director of Supply Chain Europe, you will ensure the smooth functioning and coordination of SAP element creation for new activities to be integrated. You will also be responsible for their deployment and will manage a SAP data Coordinator who will assist you in your tasks.
Job description
Your responsibilities include:
1) Overseeing the activities of the SAP Coordinator, including providing backup support when needed, as well as coordinating with the MDM team.
2) Examining, maintaining, and improving the processes related to the mentioned activities. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to define Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and propose and implement necessary solutions.
3) As a manager, ensuring:
· Continuity of activities by planning ahead, coordinating absences, cross-training, maintaining a clear schedule, and having contingency plans.
· Data consistency across all business solutions, preventing discrepancies or workarounds in datasets or reports.
· A mixed approach between project & operational missions
As a manager you are expected to collaborate with all stakeholders, to understand constraints and propose solutions with customer orientation as key driver. Validations and agreements will need consensus mode, that means communication and influencing skills are required.
Skills: what we expect of you
A Master’s degree or an engineering diploma in Supply Chain or Data Management.
Proficiency in SAP and Excel, including formula calculations, searches, and pivot tables (VBA and macros are not necessary but would be appreciated).
Leadership skills and assertiveness.
An agile and pragmatic approach with strong analytical abilities.
A proactive, customer-oriented mindset.
Team spirit, empathy, and pedagogical skills.
This position is available as a permanent contract (CDI) at our headquarters in Saint Beauzire, near Clermont-Ferrand (63).

Recruitment process

After a telephone contact if your CV is selected, you will have 2 interviews: the first with the line manager and the second with the Human Resources Manager in charge of the job you are applying for.
A third interview with your future N+2 is possible but not systematic, as are tests (personality, excel, etc.).
