RESEARCH & INNOVATION - RESEARCH OPERATIONS
Main Goal
The mission will involve automating processes and administrative activities using Microsoft 365 tools to save time for our team members and increase reliability for our company.
Reporting to the Process Efficiency Team (PET), responsible for the continuous improvement of organizational processes within Limagrain Field Seed Research, you will work under the supervision of an innovation project manager.
Job description
Your daily tasks will involve optimizing a tool with an experimental version designed to enhance the robustness of process automation (using SharePoint lists, creating a data update application, implementing data permissions management and backup solutions, etc.).
You will review the existing application and gather new user requirements.
You will develop a detailed project specification document.
You will optimize Power Platform applications and workflows to improve team efficiency and work methods.
You will prepare a maintenance program for the developed solutions to ensure long-term performance.
You will support innovation within internal teams by facilitating the adoption of the latest Microsoft technologies.

Recruitment process
