Main Goal
Key player in the digital transformation of our Group, you propose and implement the Data & Artificial Intelligence strategy for the entire Group. As a member of the IT management committee, you work on high-impact projects, creating conditions to leverage data and generate value for our various businesses.
Job description
Reporting to the Group IT Director and in collaboration with the various business lines, your main missions are:
1.Defining, implementing, and managing the data and AI strategy (governance, organization, roadmap).
2.Collecting, analyzing, and using data (organization, structuring, valorization, prioritization).
3.Tools and technologies (priorities, choices, implementation, management) within deadlines and budgets.
4.Data security.
5.Data and AI culture (promotion, support, awareness).
6.Technology watch.
7.Organizing and managing teams.
Skills: what we expect of you
You enjoy starting from scratch and building a clear roadmap. Your natural leadership, analytical skills, and interpersonal ease are essential for this position. You have significant experience in:
Implementing a data strategy to serve the business
Leading change
You have advanced knowledge of technological solutions and the Data & AI ecosystem.
Fluency in French and English is essential.
