Main Goal
Within the Human Resources department, you lead a team of 10 HR colleagues and serve as the privileged contact for corporate executives, essential IT personnel, and all managers and employees within your scope.
Job description
As Head of Human Resources, you will play a key role in managing our human capital and developing our organization. Here are your main missions:
1. Definition and Implementation of HR Policies:
You will define and propose HR policies aligned with our overall strategy and group policies.
You will ensure that our policies meet the organization’s challenges and objectives.
2. Business Partner and Advisor to Senior Executives:
- You will act as a strategic partner to our senior executives, advising them on HR matters.
- Your close collaboration with managers and employees will enable you to support organizational evolution and change management.
3. Human Capital Management:
- You will anticipate our personnel needs by planning future recruitment.
-You will ensure proper development of the organizational structure, teams, processes, and tools necessary for our ambitions.
4.Compensation Policy and Team Organization:
- You will propose and ensure a competitive salary policy in line with top management’s expectations.
- You will organize your team effectively to meet the company’s needs.
5. HR Team Management:
- You will manage and develop all HR functions within your scope, with both strategic and operational vision.
- You will also build strong relationships with employee representativess to maintain an open and constructive climate.
6. Compliance and Budget:
- You will make sure we comply with the current labor regulations, internal rules, and safety standards.
- You will manage the budgets allocated to your department.
7. Employee Representation:
- You will ensure the presidency of employee representation bodies within UES Holdings and lead negotiations related to collective agreement.
Skills: what we expect of you
As Head of Human Resources, you have significant experience within a matrix organization.
Your ability to engage in dialogue, assess situations, and provide strategic vision are essential strengths.
Proficiency in both French & English is also a requirement.
