Lead the administrative, legal, and financial areas of the company.
Lead internal performance control through the design, monitoring, and analysis of key financial and operational performance indicators (KPIs) to support decision-making across the company.
Act as an operational and strategic liaison between General Management, Finance, HR, the external accounting firm, and government agencies, ensuring full compliance with tax, labor, and legal regulations.

Represent the company before government and financial entities.
Prepare, modify, review contracts, and follow up with the BSA legal area. Handle legal or notarial procedures necessary for company operations.
Coordinate and supervise the work of the external accounting firm to ensure accuracy in tax filings, payments, accounting closures, and legal compliance.
Monitor cost center allocations, correct and report as needed. Ensure monthly visibility of financial reports and cost monitoring vs. defined KPIs, sending reports to senior coordinators for program management.
Actively collaborate in the preparation and monitoring of annual and monthly budgets, identifying deviations and proposing corrective actions. Ensure visibility through dashboard reports by cost center.
Develop, implement, and monitor KPIs across all departments to support operational efficiency and create tools to visualize cost efficiencies.
Prepare the annual non-financial report, tracking evidence records throughout the year according to group guidelines.
Supervise internal administrative processes such as payments, expense reports, contract management and signing, and expense reporting.
Support the coordination, preparation, and follow-up of external and internal audits, ensuring proper documentation and timely responses.
Assist programs in understanding their cost structures and profitability metrics.
Support the implementation of internal control tools and improvements in financial systems.
Negotiate with suppliers and service providers, requesting and evaluating quotes to optimize costs and contractual conditions. Manage phone lines and banking procedures.
Manage the purchasing process, supporting quote reviews, purchase order issuance, and follow-up until receipt of goods or services.
Manage CAPEX expenses, preparing necessary documentation for each project, tracking approval stages within the company until goods are received and depreciation is activated.
Participate in the “Peru Management Team,” a working group of Limagrain Peru’s local leaders, in weekly meetings to make management decisions and analyze deviations.
Ensure administration, maintenance, safety, and occupational health at the Piura Futura site.
University degree in accounting, business administration, economics, civil engineering, industrial engineering, or related fields.
At least 5 years in similar roles (controller, financial administrator, head of administration).
Spanish, English B1 or higher.
Advanced Excel, Power BI or Spotfire
Financial management tools (ERP desirable)
Analytical skills.
A1 driving license.
