As an Allium Seed Production Supervisor in Argentina, you will coordinate and oversee regional seed production through the BU’s grower network and external suppliers. Your primary goal will be to ensure production meets regional KPIs in cost, quantity, and quality.

• Production Planning & Execution – Plan and oversee regional seed production, ensuring cost, quality, and quantity targets. Manage vendor and grower relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor compliance.


• Operational Coordination – Collaborate with Hazera sister company H.M Clause Argentina and Hazera teams on post-harvest activities, shipments, quality testing, and regulatory requirements. Ensure proper execution of the export process.


• Financial & Performance Management – Track KPIs, optimize costs, and oversee contract payments. Provide performance reports and continuous assessments.


• Continuous Improvement & Innovation – Evaluate production processes, drive efficiency, implement best practices, and explore new technologies to enhance operations.


•  Stakeholder & Compliance Management – Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and regulatory authorities to ensure smooth production and compliance with policies.

•  Based in Argentina.


• A diploma or degree in Agriculture.


• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in vegetable production.


•  Independent and Strong sense of ownership and accountability.


•  Willing to travel frequently within Argentina, with flexibility for long working hours during peak seasons.


•  Strong motivation for both field and administrative tasks.


• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate across teams.


• Strong reporting, computer, and organizational skills.
