Main Goal
Customer Activation Coordinator, Americas
The Customer Activation Coordinator supporting the Americas has an active role in our Customer Orientation strategy. The position oversees the Operational Marketing approach toward our customers increasing our product’s footprint by combining customer profiles with the right offerings. The position will support the implementation of the company strategy by addressing customer needs. Success in this role will be achieved by using stakeholder inputs, activating market segmentation, leveraging Product, Price, Place, and Promotion (the 4 Ps), leading the local Communication Action Plan (CAP), participating in the Sales campaign, and monitoring the Customer Experience.

Context/Scope: North and South America Region (America Unit)
General Mission:
Ø Bring customer insights within our commercial approach
Ø Is a champion in translating Customer needs and inputs into tangible actions and proposals
Ø Activates tool and process usage such as CRM, Launching Plan, Sales Campaign, CAP, Development Plan, and Sales Funnel (awareness of customer purchasing trends)
Ø Has the “know how” to meet, greet and learn from customer interactions to build commercial strategies
Ø Build strong collaborations with the Subsidiary Manager, Product Development Manager, Marketing, Global Communications & Commercial Excellence in a view of full alignment and action/project awareness
Activities:
· Responsible for
o Active support for building the sales campaign using customer insights from CRM
o Plan and support the roll out of the sales campaign coordinated by the Subsidiary Manager
o Guide the new variety launching plan based on customer segmentation within the according to the Product Development plan
o Defines and deploys the yearly CAP to promote the regional product range
o Implement and ensure follow-up of the CAP actions with respect for the guidelines
§ Maintain local website content, manage social media and all web-marketing actions including management of CRM Marketing Campaign Module (prepare, design, analyze the campaign progress, drive sales teams, ensure robust data quality, etc.)
§ Coordinate and participate in all major commercial events within the Americas
§ Manage, build, and monitor the Communications budget
· Contributes to
o Monitor the market trends and benchmark competitors’ practices - generating better knowledge of our environment to improve business decisions - share market insights and provide recommendations to the teams
o Ensure a proper customer data-base segmentation within CRM based on the common Limagrain Vegetable Seeds Customer Segmentation
o Integrate customer segmentation into the Sales Campaign
o Share best practices with other Limagrain Business Units related to Customer insights
o Collaborate closely with Global Communications team
o Support effective deployment of internal and external company communications using the guidance of the Global Communications Department
o Support actions that improve the Customer Experience and thereby increasing the Net Promotor Score
o Monitor customer satisfaction using the measurable Service and Commitment rates

o Master’s Degree in Marketing/Communications
o 5 years of experience minimum

o Proficiency in English and Spanish

o Good knowledge of all communication domains (events, print, digital, media relations, sensitive communication...) and consequently of the potential impacts of local actions on global company image
