根据战略发展规划，负责组织各业务单元进行战略解码，负责重大战略主题的项目管理和指导。 | Organize business units for strategy decoding, manage and guide major strategic projects according to strategic development plans.
根据战略发展规划，制定年度市场营销计划，指导并监督市场营销计划的执行落地。提出公司未来产品及细分市场的规划建议。 | Develop annual marketing plans, guide and supervise their implementation. Propose recommendations for future products and market segmentation.
收集市场动态信息，调研客户需求及痛点，竞争对手情况，组织完成公司年度市场调研分析报告。 | Collect market information, research customer needs and pain points, analyze competitors, and organize annual market research analysis reports.
根据公司产品研发开发战略，指导并督促公司产品上市与管理。 | Guide and supervise product launch and management according to company's R&D strategy.
负责公司品牌建设、重大市场活动策略、新媒体运营等工作的规划及辅导落地。 | Responsible for company brand building, major marketing activities strategy, new media operations planning and implementation.
负责市场部日常管理工作及团队建设，制定并执行市场部年度预算。 | Responsible for daily management of marketing department, team building, and annual budget planning and execution.
