• Develop and implement the commercial strategy in line with the regional strategy to achieve financial and business objectives based on annually reviewed KPIs. This includes the go-to-market strategy, distribution platform, portfolio positioning, commercial policy, and demand creation activities.
• Propose the Sales and Marketing Opex budget.
• Regularly monitor and report sales performance (volume and price) and Opex development.
• Prepare sales forecasts and revise them during the season.
• Propose and implement necessary corrective actions if there are deviations from the budget.
• Lead the local credit committee, monitor cash collection, and trade receivables.
• Represent the company in front of local major customers and business stakeholders.
• Contribute to the regional strategic roadmap as a member of the Management Team of the region.
• Ensure implementation of Limagrain guidelines and policies on HSE and full compliance of all local operations with applicable laws & regulations and internal corporate Code of Conduct.
• Support of implementation of necessary policies in close cooperation with HR and Finance, and ensure adhesion and consistency between different departments.
• Act as the primary country legal representative towards external and internal bodies.
• Support the expansion of Limagrain Field Seeds customer platform in Hungary by developing programs such as demand creation activities, relationship building, loyalty programs, online communication, CRM, and MSV.
• Identify new business opportunities and define business and customer target segments by analyzing market trends and developing market segmentation.
• Maximize market penetration, Market Share, and portfolio profitability in Hungary by managing the portfolio and optimizing the marketing positioning of the different varieties according to market segmentation.

• Master's degree and/or MBA
• 5 to 10 years of professional experience with 3-5 years in senior sales or country management in agribusiness is a must
• Strong commercial mindset
• Fluent in English
• Outstanding interpersonal skills, and the ability to influence others
• Team player with strong leadership and people/team management abilities
• Results-oriented
• Ability to manage a community within a matrix organization
• Financial acumen
