Main Goal
To develop the commitment and loalty with our products, brand and service with our customers and farmers.
Job description
1.Market research : to develop tools, processes and dashboard to understand and track customer needs trough market research panels, studies and other maket analysis. To create a customer database that covers 100% of the target crops througt CRM . To build a customer segmentation .
2. Plan de Marketing : with the collaboration of the Product Managers and Mkt Manager propose and develop marketing actions and programs to build customer loalty with our brand and products. Define and propose the appropriate actions to develop the relationship with customers ( field days, catalogues, social network..)
3.CRM management: to keep CRM updated Importing leads, define and develo the dashboard to track customer activity
4. Knowing and respectiong the Safety regulations of Limagrain Italia
