As an active member of the QHSE & CSR leadership team and the extended management committee for the EMEA region, you will be responsible for defining and deploying the QHSE and CSR strategy in the EMEA region, in line with the global QHSE strategy and, more generally, with the company's overall strategy.

Reporting directly to the Global Director QHSE & CSR, your essential duties and responsibilities are as follows :
QHSE Strategy and Policy
• Define and deploy QHSE strategy in EMEA region, in line with the global QHSE policy and strategy.
• Partner with other departments to support and integrate QHSE in all relevant areas and ensure that any new projects or initiatives include QHSE & CSR stakes.
Continuous improvement
• Develop and maintain QHSE systems and procedures to improve performance and skills.
• Develop the company's integrated management system (IMS)
• Set up and monitor relevant key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Implement QHSE continuous improvement routines and action plans.
• Support continuous improvement methods throughout the company.
Compliance and regulations
• Ensure compliance of company procedures with standards, legislation, internal rules, constraints, and customer requirements
• Organize and coordinate seed regulatory affairs in EMEA region, in line with global regulatory affairs.
• Co-Define and ensure completion of the QHSE internal and external audit plans, as well as the execution of the resulting actions.
Communication and QHSE culture development
• Promote QHSE policy and organize awareness actions (events, newsletter, …)
• Develop QHSE training and awareness plans for relevant employees.
• Publish regular activity reports and performance dashboards. Prepare regular management reviews.
• Represent QHSE Department to external authorities and internal bodies (workers' council…)
Risk management
• Identify, prevent, and manage all QHSE risks, initiate and monitor actions.
• Carry out the risk mapping process in the EMEA region.
• Manage QHSE crises and incidents for the EMEA region by investigating and implementing corrective measures.
Team management
• Lead, manage and enhance the skills of the multidisciplinary teams QHSE-CSR for EMEA
• Negotiate and manage budget
• Participate in the extended management committee for the EMEA region to ensure progress on the deployment of the QHSE strategy.
• Manage regional QHSE governing structures and participate in relevant expert groups.
Leadership in a specific area of expertise
The QHSE-CSR department is made up of 7 pillars : Quality, Safety, Environment, CSR, Regulations, Risk Management and Support. Depending on your experience and expertise, you could take charge of one of these pillars and assume the following responsibilities:
• Define the global pillar's policy and strategic roadmap.
• Define and harmonize global standards and reference methods for risk and performance management for this pillar.
• Be the point of contact with Groupe Limagrain for this area of expertise.
• Lead the network across the regions and develop the Pillar's cultural maturity.
