Supply Planning Manager (NL) 

 

 

This position is based at our office (HQ) in Made. You will manage a team of 8 and you will report to the Global Supply Planning Director. 

You will interact with multiple stakeholders internally and will be responsible for building strong bridges with all departments: commercial, customer service, quality control, production and the processing plant. 

 

The Supply Planning Manager (NL) is responsible for leading three core cross-functional processes:  

 

Production planning (long-term) 
Stock management (mid-term) 
Order management (short-term) 

Vos Missions

Role and responsibilities are as follows: 

Responsible for the unit’s planning core activity according to the supply chain division’s strategy for stock management along the chain. 
Managing the supplies according to the demand and the relevant regulations. 
Advancing technological tools and developments within the planning unit. 
Supporting and encouraging the development of your team. 
Strengthening the relationship with the subsidiaries for optimal stock management. 
Improving the existing processes in the planning unit. 
Developing and maintaining interfaces with the planning managers of the BUs inside Limagrain group (LVS). 
Processing and analyzing data for stock optimization. 
Setting KPIs and monitoring them. 
Planning according to the seed purchase budget. 
Managing externally sourced seeds (ESS). 
Promoting a collaborative working environment between the BU’s. 
Preparation and implementation of the upcoming ERP (JDE). 

Compétences : ce que nous attendons de vous

Candidate profile: 

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Agriculture) 
Strong leadership skills, able to motivate teams. 
Open minded, communicative, aiming at effective collaboration. 
Strong analytical skills and digital data management skills. 
Striving to meet business targets & KPI's 
Knowledge or experience in Agriculture/Vegetable Seed industry will be an advantage.
