The Regional Commercial Excellence Manager will plays a key role in optimizing HM.CLAUSE's sales strategies and business models. He/ she will continuously assess and optimize go-to-market initiatives to maximize return on investment (ROI) and profitable growth.
He/she will actively work to improve sales methodologies, commercial policies, sales processes, and sales campaigns. He/she will support the Customer Excellence Director, the VP Sales Region and C-level executives in: making business recommendations as well as tracking the performance of commercial operations. He/she will work cross-functionally with commercial leadership, finance, marketing and sales, human resources, supply chain and other functions to deliver Regional targets.
· Conduct market research studies to benchmark business trends, sales effectiveness, customer business trends.
· Evaluates current go-to-market strategies, business models and suggest new tactics.
· Contributes to sales and marketing strategic decisions and plays a critical role in designing and monitoring commercial approach.
· Establishes a commercial operating methodology that enables the Region to manage the commercial activities, sales funnel, sales numbers, with rigor and predictability.
· Translates strategic objectives into operational plans.
· Monitors and steers sales campaigns based on ROI.
· Drives continuous improvement in the commercial (sales and operations) processes.
· Identifies and support the roll-out of tools related to: Sales activities as Account planning, Analytics tools (margin management, CRM, etc).
· Leads global commercial excellence initiatives in the Region.
· Sets together with the Customer Excellence Director and the Regional VP, KPIs linked with performance and continuous sales improvements.
· Assess regional performance, identify performance gaps and drivers, develops action plans and deploys resources as needed; can perform ad-hoc analysis as requested by the Region.
· Coaches team members to deliver high performance and promote a ROI mindset.
· Works within the Region and with other Business Units to drive alignment, execution, accountability and results.
The Regional Marketing Communication Manager works under the strategic direction of the Global Customer Excellence Director and is responsible for the strategic planning and execution of Marketing strategies and associated communications activities within the assigned region in close collaboration and coordination with the business. The main responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited toMain activities are:
Marketing strategy:
· Defines strategies to promote our products and commercial brands with the goal to support the Ssales tTargets and strategic business growth
· Defines Responsible for establishing the Marketing Communication approach, both on and offline, – online & offline -– bbased on segmented customers & customer personas
· Defines Leads & prioritizes appropriate Marketing Communication channels (online & offline) in line with the business strategy
· Prioritizes Marketing Communications projects in coordination with the business and is accountable for the respective deliverables & results
· Defines the Marketing Communications budget in alignment with the business (strategy) and is accountable for budget follow-up & execution in line with global
Strategic Planning: Ability to develop comprehensive commercial strategies, prioritize projects, and define initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
Leadership and Mentoring: Proficiency in guiding and supporting matrix teams with and without direct management towards common goals and the adoption of new working ways.
Internal and Field Stakeholder Management: interact with senior management or Key Customers on matters where they may need to gain acceptance on an alternate approach.
Knowledge Sharing and Collaboration: Ability to establish a culture of knowledge sharing, implement centralized platforms for collaboration, and facilitate cross-learning between subsidiaries.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Proficiency in analyzing data, evaluating performance metrics, and understand reports to assess the effectiveness of commercial actions.
